Build for the Second Owner
Every specification is settled by one question: how does this hold up two decades from now? It removes most shortcuts before they are ever proposed.
Real Estate & Developers
Residences, plotted land and mixed-use developments — delivered on time, on title, and to a standard our name is signed to.
The Standard
Our mark is a letter and a facade at the same time — a slab B whose two counters are arches, standing on a plot line. It is not decoration. It is the brief: build something with shade and structure, and be certain of the ground it stands on.
Every project we sign carries the same three commitments. Not aspirations — the things a buyer can actually check.
Clean and verified
In-house, not outsourced
Specified, not substituted
Our Vision
Most developers are judged at handover. We would rather be judged in year twenty — when the paint has been tested by monsoons, the lift has run a million cycles, and the second owner decides whether the first one bought well.
Every specification is settled by one question: how does this hold up two decades from now? It removes most shortcuts before they are ever proposed.
Arcades that shade the walk. A plot line that means a boundary you can defend. Our identity is drawn from how we build, not the other way round.
Orientation, cross-ventilation and setbacks are planned before the unit count. Homes that stay bright and cool cost less to live in, forever.
Handover is a milestone, not an exit. Our site teams remain reachable long after the last key changes hands — because reputation is a long game.
From the Founder
“I would rather explain a delay than a defect.”
BABA began with a simple frustration. Too many homes in this country are sold beautifully and built carelessly — the brochure promises one thing, the slab delivers another, and by the time a family finds out, the developer has moved on to the next launch.
So we built the company backwards. Construction stays in-house, because the person who pours the concrete should be the person who answers for it. The specification is written into the agreement, because a promise you cannot check is not a promise. And the price is stated once, because a family planning the largest purchase of their life deserves a number they can rely on.
My name is on the building. That, more than any process, is the system.
What I want for BABA is not to be the largest developer in our market. I want it to be the one whose homes resell fastest — because that is the only honest scoreboard in this business. It measures what we did after the sale, not what we said before it.

Why BABA
Anyone can promise quality. These are the six things you can verify before you pay us anything — and hold us to afterwards.
Land documents, encumbrance position and approvals are put in front of you at the first serious meeting — not after the booking amount clears.
Construction is in-house, not handed to the lowest bidder. The person answering your call about a crack in year three works for the same company that poured the slab.
Every brand and grade — cement, steel, fittings, glazing — is named in writing. Substitution requires your written consent, not a site engineer's judgement.
The number in your first quote is the number on your final demand. Charges are itemised up front, including the ones most brochures leave for later.
Dated site photographs and an honest schedule every month. When a milestone slips we tell you why before you have to ask.
A named point of contact and a defect-liability window that we honour without argument. Referrals are our largest source of business — that is deliberate.
Investor Relations
We are raising strategic capital to expand project capacity, acquire land banks, and deepen the pipeline — with direct access to the founders and full visibility into financials, timelines and strategy.
